Where is your studio? 

Claire’s studio is located in the backyard of her Coburg home in Melbourne (Naarm), Victoria.

Can I pick my order up? 

Yes! You can pick up your order from my studio in Thornbury by using the code ‘PICKUP’ in checkout. Please liaise with me following the order to arrange a pickup time. 

Who makes the work? 

Each piece is illustrated and designed by Claire, and the printing of the art is done in collaboration with ethical suppliers in Victoria. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! Claire loves to see her work sail across the world. Additional postage expenses are required to get them to you though. Enter your address at checkout for a cost, and please reach out if you have any issues.

Can I track where my order is?

Yes! Australia Post tracking will be supplied once the order has been posted. 

Any commissions will have wait times, I will let you know what to expect when you discuss your order with me. 

I need my order urgently! Can you prioritise it?

If you write a note in your order, I will do my absolute best to prioritise it. You are also welcome to email prior to making your order to confirm the turnaround time.
